Meanderthal

Meanderthalme•an•der•thal

1. A person who wanders aimlessly throughout malls, stores, and other public places, walking in a slow inconsistent manner that constantly gets in the way of other people.

“I encountered a meanderthal at the supermarket today! It seemed like he had eyes in the back of his head as he kept cutting me off and forcing me to break my stride. I said “excuse me” a few times but he kept his head down and just grunted.”
